Billing Policy

If you wish to purchase products on this site, you must provide valid credit card information on the site order form. By submitting such credit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the credit card that you designate on the order form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at ANAEXPORT.COM use extreme care in packaging your products for safe arrival to your home. We are unable to cancel or change any product orders once they have been placed. We do not accept returns of products, and all product payments are non-refundable.

If you experience any problems you may e-mail us at ANA@ANAEXPORT.COM or call us at (661) 665-9453 between 9AM to 6PM PST. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and the best time for us to return your call.

Shipping and Handling Policy

A shipping and handling charge is applied to each product purchased. You agree to pay for any shipping and handling charges incurred by the purchase of any products by you.

To assure timely, secure delivery, we ship our orchid products via Federal Express (FedEx) 2-day delivery at a flat rate of $14.99 per plant. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your credit card was billed and your package has been sent.

All of our orchid orders are shipped FedEx where available. We, do, however, reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary at our discretion.

Unless an order is placed for a future date, all orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. You can request that your order be delivered at a future date by emailing us at ANA@ANAEXPORT.COM. We can ship to most physical addresses in the continental United States. ANAEXPORT.COM issues a signature release to FedEx so that orders are usually left at the door if the recipient is unavailable to sign for them.

At this time, delivery is not available Saturdays, Sundays, or FedEx holidays. We are also unable to ship plant products outside the United States or to a Post Office Box. You may, however, order from outside the United States dor delivery within the United States.

Shipments are sent out via FedEx or UPS 2nd day air Monday through Thursday. Orders must be received 72 hours before ship date. Please note that some shipping area times may vary depending on weather conditions (for example, areas where temperatures are normally below 30 degrees).

Plants in bud or in bloom require special packaging. Thus, the shipping and handling cost is $14.99 per plant for 2-day shipping. Flowers are shipped in bud or in bloom, approximately 1 week from full flowering. Our mission is to ensure that your shipment of beautiful Phalaenopsis orchids arrives in perfect condition.

ANAEXPORT.COM cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries. Please contact hospitals to ensure recipients can receive plants.

Product Sales Terms and Conditions

We give no guarantee, either written or implied, as to the productivity of the plants we stock. We can only assure you that the plants are healthy and free of virus to the best of our knowledge at the time of shipment.

We do ship plants in spike/bud. We package orders carefully to ensure plants arrive in tact, however, due to handling by carriers beyond our control, we cannot guarantee all flowers/buds will arrive in perfect condition.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
